Working in the beauty industry for 18 years, I talk with people everyday. I realized that people have such negative thoughts along with negative self talk. I love making people look and feel beautiful. I want people to feel beautiful on the inside as well. In 2021, I decided to become a certified life coach so I could help as many people as possible and show them that changing your thoughts and self talk can change your life. Being a life coach allows me to show others how to change their mindset to be the best version of themselves, to truly live their best life. I want women to feel empowered to be the best they can be inside and out. Because beauty truly begins within.

1:1 COACHING
Some thoughts can build you up or tear you down. This is for anyone who wants to improve their mindset and take control of their thoughts. One thing we will focus on is Self Love.
As your certified life coach, I will provide: 2-45 min private session per month via Zoom or Phone over the course of 12 weeks
$250 per Month
CUSTOMIZED COACHING
This program is completely custom to your wants and needs. This is a great option if you don't know where to start or know what you want to focus on. After our initial meeting, I will create a plan just for you.
As your certified coach, I will provide:Â 2-one hour sessions per month via zoom or by phone over the course of 12 weeks.
